WEST SEATTLE, Washington, January 27, 2010 (WSFB) – With snow in Phoenix, record cold snaps in the Midwest and massive flooding in normally sunny Southern California, West Seattle residents are feeling particularly screwed out of their normally unpredictable weather so far in 2010. Anger has even set in amongst some of the more dramatic individuals in the area, some of which claim that the moderate temperatures have forced them to work more this winter as they cannot use snow or ice on the roads as an excuse to not come into work. Local businesses that rely on the failure of residential heating systems during cold weather to increase their profits, as well as chimney cleaners, are especially concerned that the warmer than normal weather is acting like a completely selfish little asshole. However some weather forecasters are predicting snow before spring hits providing hope for lazy employees, cold weather dependent businesses and hyperlocal blogs. Stay tuned to the WSFB for incredibly infrequent weather updates throughout the year.
