WEST SEATTLE, Washington, June 17, 2009 (WSFB) – With the rise of neighborhood blogging on the rise, the number of irritable blogs is also rising.
Simply go to Google and type in your neighborhood name and the word “blog” and you’ll likely see a long list of results. Drill down on any of the links and chances are you’ll be reading whiny drivel about how their neighbors are too loud or their seeds didn’t sprout due to the cold and wet spring.
However, a growing number of neighborhood blogs are stepping up and fighting back.
“We finally said ‘enough is enough’ and started posting irrelevant and irrational information about our neighborhood” says ezb, WSFB senior journalist. “We’re not going to sit around and bitch about real things that people do.”
