WEST SEATTLE, Washington, October 20, 2009 (WSFB) – Virtual plans for the new Admiral District retail and residential complex were unveiled today by lead contractor, Lego Construction Corporation.

In keeping with the Lego-ization of West Seattle, Lego Construction Corporation seeks to build its most   magnificent, densely populated, tall, and colorful multi-use structure yet.

Dubbed “Legolopolis”, the futuristic half-block megastructure will incorporate the existing Admiral Safeway and over 120 new corporate retail shops including 7 full service Starbucks Coffee shops, 2 Subway sandwich shops, 27 sushi stands, and 31 pay-per-view blog kiosks.

“This will be our most incredible project to date!” exclaims Fredl Hjopft, principal architect with LCC. “We are very excited about this opportunity to bring more Scandinavian flair to the West Seattle area!”

Expected completion date is Fall 2010.
